Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-5 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping from China All products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partner in China via tracked international shipping.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Canada: 12-20 business days
- United States: 15-25 business days
Duties & Import Taxes For orders shipped to Canada, all applicable import duties and taxes are prepaid by our fulfillment partner (DDP — Delivered Duty Paid). You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery — what you see at checkout is the final amount.
For orders shipped to the United States, import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
Tracking A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 1-5 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.
